Release the Old, Embrace the New

About this event

Before December sweeps you into its rhythm, give yourself a moment to land. To exhale. To reconnect with what matters — quietly, intentionally.
Join us for an evening of breathwork and sound — designed to help you soften into the end of the year and create space for what’s ahead.

What to expect
• Guided breathwork to balance and reflect
• A moment of intention-setting with a gentle energetic cleanse
• Optional: essential oil applied to the forehead to support your inner journey
• A fully immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks and more
• Space to integrate in silence — followed by tea and a small treat
