🌿 Step into Connection, Clarity & Dance 🌿
Are you ready for an afternoon of movement, dance, self-discovery, and authentic connection?
Feel welcome to join our Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) workshop — a powerful practice where dance and movement become a pathway and tool to explore and transform our beliefs, our patterns and coping mechanisms. It’s a tool to give expression to our inner world, to discover our own unique dance, to feel empowered and free in our bodies and movements, and to learn a way of communication that goes beyond words.
In CBC we connect with our body, mind and heart through dance and movement. It integrates elements of somatics, mindfulness, contact improvisation, meditation, chi gong, yoga, authentic movement and passing through, guiding you into authentic connection — first with yourself, then with others. It’s rooted in presence, authenticity, and embodied exploration.
𝐂𝐁𝐂 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 – 𝟕, 𝟏𝟒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟏 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫
The CBC workshop on the 7th of December is an introductory workshop to learn and experience the basics of CBC. If you feel called to dive deeper into CBC and yourself, you’re invited to join our 2-part deepening series on the 14th and 21st of December. These two deepening workshops are open to everyone who has completed the introduction workshop (on the 7th of December, or one of our previous workshops). Together with a dedicated group, we’ll dive deeper into CBC, exploring themes of trust, surrender, resistance, support, and transformation in co-creation and relating.

In this introductory workshop, you’ll explore how to:
✨ Lead with clear intentions and listen with integrity
✨ Feel the “yes” and “no” of your inner boundaries
✨ Communicate beyond words through movement, dance, and touch
✨ Experience deeper freedom and connection — with yourself and others
✨ Transform patterns that no longer serve you
𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫
In this workshop, we’ll dive into the realm of trust, support, and authentic connection.
✨ Experience authentic movement as a path to deeper self-listening
✨ Explore your capacity to trust — in yourself, in others, and in life
✨ Transform your patterns of giving and receiving support to create more balance in relationships
✨ Meet constructive conflict as an opportunity to grow — practicing when to stand for your truth and when to let go into co-creation

In our final gathering of the series, we’ll explore flow, acceptance, and transformation.
✨ Experience Thai massage as a doorway to relaxation and opening in the body
✨ Discover how to navigate obstacles with softness and resilience
✨ Learn to allow life to move through you with presence and ease
✨ Open to transformation in relationships — releasing what no longer serves and inviting renewal
These afternoons are not just about dance, but about coming home to yourself — in playful, healing, and heart-opening ways.
𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬
🌸 Zeynep — Integrative Somatic Psychologist & CBC Level 2 facilitator, passionate about creating heart-centered spaces for authentic expression and healing through dance and somatic exploration.
🌸 Sanne — CBC Level 2 facilitator & Integrative Somatic Arts teacher, with a background in ecstatic dance and tantric dance, devoted to move and dance as a tool of self-discovery, expression and connection. She loves to create a space where she can take people on a journey into themselves through dance and movement.
Together, we hold a warm and safe container where you can slow down, explore, reflect, experiment, play, laugh and connect — no previous dance or CBC experience needed.

🎒What to bring / wear:
– Comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move freely
– Socks (in case the ground is cold)
