Voor iedereen die moe is van steeds maar doen en meer moeten—en gewoon weer wil ZIJN.

✨ Begin je zaterdag met een rustige yogales die de toon zet voor de rest van je weekend.
Het gaat niet om leniger worden, het “goed” doen of nog harder je best doen om te ontspannen. Het gaat om landen in het moment, je adem voelen en ervaren dat je nu al genoeg bent.

Geen ervaring of eigen yogamat nodig—deze les is geschikt voor alle niveaus. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Trek comfortabele kleding aan en neem vooral jezelf mee.
