About this event

Ready to reset your body and mind?
Join me for a deeply restorative circular breathwork journey, supported by the heart-opening qualities of Colombian cacao. Together, we’ll relax the body, boost vitality, and create space for a fresh start.

🌟 What You’ll Experience:

✅ Guided circular breathwork session with a breathwork facilitator and a certified Wim Hof Method instructor
✅ Unique techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus & recharge energy
✅ Sacred Colombian cacao ritual to open the heart, improve circulation & deepen your breath
✅ A safe, intimate group setting (max. 12 people) for connection & personal growth

🌬️ Why Circular Breathwork?
Circular breathing is scientifically proven to create powerful shifts in the body and mind.
With circular breathing we first activate the sympathetic nervous system — the stress mode — awakening energy and intensity in the body.
Then, we shift into the parasympathetic nervous system — the relaxed mode — allowing the body to recover, restore, and deeply recharge.
