Circling, A relational meditation.

About this event

We warmly invite you to join our Day Event on the 29th of November, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, where guided meditation meets deep connection. This day is dedicated to cultivating mindfulness, clarity, and heartfelt presence with one another.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, grounding ourselves in awareness of body, feelings, mind, and experience—the foundations of Vipassana. From there, we’ll carry these foundations into simple yet meaningful practices of authentic connection.

The heart of our day is circling—a powerful practice of being present with ourselves and each other. Here, mindfulness meets relationship, opening space for deeper presence, insight, and connection.

As we close, we’ll explore surrendered leadership, allowing the wisdom of the group to guide us into stillness and shared presence.

Come as you are, and join us in a warm, supportive community where mindfulness and authentic connection meet.
