RECALIBRATE - EQUINOX DAY RETREAT

About this event

We welcome you into a sacred day of deep remembrance and coming home to yourself.

As the Autumn Equinox approaches and joins the energetic field of a double eclipse and New Moon, a potent moment unfolds to gather in gratitude ceremony. To give thanks to all that Mother Earth has given us, to return to the rhythm of trust, to soften into surrender and to align with the harmonic blueprint of your Oversoul - your most high & authentic frequency. This is a space to reconnect with your multidimensional truth. Not as an escape, but as an embodied return.

Here, you are invited to arrive as your truest self, held in a container of deep respect, safety, and reverence for every individual’s journey.

A COMPLETE FREQUENCY RECALIBRATION
This is not just a Day Retreat. It's a living, breathing frequency field. Alive, encoded, potent, intelligent & magnetic. A weaving of the frequency qualities of Trust, Surrender, Multidimensional Remembrance, Crystal Keys & Water Codes, Pixie Dust, Joy, Unity Consciousness, New Earth & Sirius Alignment.

PROGRAM:
10.00 - 10.30 | Door opens
10.30 - 13.00 | PART 1 | THE MIRROR
13.00 - 14.00 | GROUNDING & NOURISHMENT
14.00 - 16.30 | PART 3 | THE EMERGENCE
16.30 - 17.00 | Closing Circle

This one-day retreat moves in THREE parts

PART 1 | 10.00 - 13.00 | THE MIRROR
We begin by practicing awareness through medicine such as meditation, breath, intergalactic energy transmission & soundhealing. Witnessing what’s ready to be seen. Old stories, limiting beliefs & outdated patterns. They rise to the surface, not to be judged, but to be honoured and released. A sacred unraveling, enabling transformation through truth, surrender and deep trust.

PART 2 | 13.00 - 14.00 GROUNDING & NOURISHMENT
We continue with a moment to retrieve in silence, journal insights & ground while nourishing the body with plant-based food prepared by intuitive Chef Thirza. If there are specific allergies, please make sure to let us know by sending a personal message through WhatsApp - 0634270595.

PART 3 | 14.00 - 17.00 | THE EMERGENCE
Together we step into a new frequency, anchored into the New fifth dimensional Earth grid. Integrating joy & unconditional love to expand your body consciousness for new codes to arrive. Codes that are subtle, precise, and uniquely attuned to your field. Weaving heart opening & play elements such as Cacao, Ecstatic Dance & a second round of Soundhealing. A portal of Divine alignment and quantum new beginnings. Culminating the day in gratitude and re-embodiment.

NOURISHMENT
We will offer a nourishing lunch, created by intuitive Chef; Thirza. Throughout the day there will be Fresh Tea & water, to stay hydrated.
