Microdosing & Forest Walk: Embodiment, Play & Connection

About this event

This is an invitation to: slow down, tune in, and reconnect — with yourself, others, and the forest in a 3 hour exploration through het Haagse Bos.

1g of truffles will be available for each of the participants, yet the consumption is optional, meaning that breathwork and other embodiment exercises will be the main tools to induce a contemplative state.

Together, we’ll slow down and attune to the wisdom of the body, the playfulness of our physical senses and the enchantment of the natural world.

Through guided movement, forest bathing, somatic play, and intuitive practices like oracle cards, we’ll open space for curiosity, insight, and authentic connection — with ourselves, each other, and the land.

This walk is for anyone looking to deepen their relationship with their body, nature, and inner knowing as well as meeting other people that are explorers of their inner worlds.

🌿 No prior experience with microdosing or movement needed — just a willingness to explore.
All practices are invitational and beginner-friendly.
