Vertragen en verstillen. De schoonheid rondom je zien en in je opnemen. Bosbaden (Shinrin Yoku) is het bewust ervaren van de natuur met al je zintuigen. We ademen, voelen, luisteren. We laten het ritme van de natuur tot ons spreken. Het werkt harmoniserend, helend, en verdiept het contact met jezelf.

We nemen de schoonheid niet alleen in ons op, maar werken ermee. Wat de natuur ons schenkt, vormen we intuïtief om tot een natuurportaal – een tijdelijke mandala van bladeren, takken, stenen, kleuren en stilte. Een plek waarin we aarden, intuïtief creëren en oefenen om onze plek in te nemen in een groep. Dit is een oefening in verbinding, natuurrituelen, embodiment en bewustzijnswerk.

Slow down. Be still. Take in the beauty that surrounds you. Forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is the art of consciously experiencing nature with all your senses. Breathing. Listening. Letting the rhythm of the earth speak to you. It’s harmonising, healing, and brings you into deeper connection with yourself.

We not only absorb nature’s beauty, we co-create with it. What the forest offers us, we intuitively shape into a nature portal — a temporary mandala made of leaves, branches, stones, light and silence. A place to ground, create, and remember your place within the group. This is an invitation into ritual, embodiment, earth connection and conscious awareness.
