Join Mengjia the Mindful (Hypno)therapist on a Self-Healing journey through the magic of Hypnosis.
Every month we will focus on a different theme in a small group setting, so each participant will receive personal guidance.

In this 1.5 hour workshop, you will get to explore a fresh perspective on how your mind works.
And you will experience first-hand how to leverage its power for deepening your relaxation and connecting to your higher consciousness.

- IT IS FUN! -
We will do a few suggestibility test to see how likely you will get hypnotised.
And of course we won't miss out the chance to let you experience instant and rapid induction, where you will be put in trance in just few seconds.
You will also learn about a few simple Self-Hypnosis technique to get yourself hypnotised, so you can get familiarised with communicating to your higher consciousness after the event.

- IT IS MAGICAL -
The workshop will be carried out in a ceremonial way, where we will start with a sharing circle to set your intention. Through the Sound Healing, you will witness how the frequency lead you into a deep hypnotic experience, where we will start guiding you to the higher consciousness.
