Kundalini Lichaamswerk activeert jouw levensenergie (prana) en helpt je om spanning, emoties en oude patronen los te laten. Dit gebeurt via adem, aanraking, beweging en energetische overdracht. In elke sessie staat een ander thema centraal, zoals vertrouwen, loslaten, innerlijke kracht, hartopening of vrijheid.
