Tijdens deze zachte Yin Yoga sessie, ondersteund door de liefdevolle energie van Mama Cacao, nodig ik je uit om te verbinden met je lichaam.

Dit is een moment om te vertragen, jezelf te ontmoeten in zachtheid en de roep van je lichaam te beantwoorden.

We nemen de tijd om te ademen, te voelen en te zijn.
Geen moeten, geen haast – enkel pure aanwezigheid.
Een liefdevolle reis naar binnen, waarin je mag wortelen in zelfliefde.

🌿 Voor wie verlangt naar meer verbinding, rust en zelfcompassie.
🌿 Je hoeft niets te ‘kunnen’ – enkel aanwezig te zijn met jezelf.

Kleed je comfortabel en neem eventueel dikke sokken en een trui mee voor de eindontspanning.
Wanneer je op het terrein aan komt rijden, rij je rechtdoor tegen de Shed aan. Daar kun je parkeren. Je loopt links het pad op en rechts zal een groene schuifdeur open staan, daar mag je naar binnen.

Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring warm socks and a cozy sweater for the final relaxation.

When you drive onto the property, go straight ahead until you reach the Shed — parking is right in front.
Walk up the path on the left, and you’ll find a green sliding door open on your right — that’s the entrance.
