About this event

We warmly invite you to join our Day Event on the 5th of April, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, where guided meditation meets deep connection through the beautiful traditions of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and Vipassana. This day is dedicated to nurturing mindfulness, focus, and heartfelt connections with one another.

We’ll begin the day with a gentle guided meditation, allowing you to center yourself and cultivate a sense of calm and awareness. This will open the door for us to engage in simple, yet meaningful exercises designed to build authentic connection.

The heart of our day is circling—a deeply enriching practice that fosters genuine presence and profound group connection. Together, we’ll create a space for exploring shared consciousness. As we draw toward the end of the day, we’ll close with a surrendered leadership practice, allowing us to deepen our experience of connection and presence.
