I regularly facilitate meditations, workshops, dance events and once a year I organize a multiple day group process in Star Sapphire Energywork with my teacher, in Amsterdam.
I have a background in primary education, personal leadership and for the last years I have been inspired by my process and training in Star Sapphire (male-female) Energywork and OSHO Active Meditations. I share my love for movement as meditation and the relationship between the masculine and the feminine energies -- supporting each of them to take their space, connect to their creativity and grow in presence.
