CONSCIOUS DANCE / ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES

CONSCIOUS DANCE / ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES
- Speechless: we dance and talk with our bodies, without words, so the wisdom of our body can express itself and be seen and heard.

- Pure: We choose to dance from a pure state, without intoxication by alcohol of drugs. We do this to create a safe & brave space where we can be our authentic selves with all that is living.

- Barefooted: On barefoot we have a direct contact with the floor / the earth, which is our first dancepartner. She carries us and digests what we don't need any more and let go during our dances
