Na de hectiek van de feestdagen is het vaak lastig om meteen weer in het ritme van het nieuwe jaar te komen. Wat als je jezelf een dag zou gunnen om op te laden, los te laten wat je niet meer dient en met een open en krachtige mindset het nieuwe jaar in te stappen?
Op zaterdag 18 januari 2025 organiseren we bij Grounded Roots de One Day Women’s Circle. Een dag speciaal voor vrouwen die behoefte hebben aan rust, verbinding en nieuwe inspiratie. Deze dag is jouw kans om even helemaal terug te komen bij jezelf, in een warme en ontspannen omgeving, omringd door gelijkgestemden.
𝐖𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐮𝐧 𝐣𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧? 🌿
- De dag begint rustig met een zachte yogasessie, aangevuld met Reiki, zodat je helemaal kunt landen en in je eigen energie kunt komen.
- Na de yoga genieten we van een heerlijke, voedzame lunch, die je energie geeft voor de rest van de dag.
- Vervolgens trekken we de natuur in voor een rustige wandeling, waarin je kunt opladen en genieten van de frisse lucht.
- Tot slot kijken we samen terug op 2024 en blikken we vooruit op 2025, begeleid door de helende kracht van cacao, die je helpt om je intenties te zetten voor het nieuwe jaar.
Wij zorgen voor een heerlijke, gezonde lunch en onbeperkt koffie, thee en water, zodat je volledig verzorgd bent.
