You are welcome to join this Equinox Autumn Yin Yoga XL session on Thursday 23 September evening 8pm

Join us for a soothing and healing Yin Yoga session in Eindhoven.
We reflect and welcome the new season in to our lives.

Yin yoga is a slowpaced, meditative, relaxing but can also be a challenging yoga variant where we dive in to the body. In to our breath. Our inner world. We give ourselves permission and the time to create space for all that needs to be felt, or even released and let go. Especially in this new season to come. How can we let go and create more space to go deeper in to ourselves. Physicaly it also to let our muscles relax completely so we will work on our deep layers and our connective tissue.

This is a donation based session.
