About this event

Intuition vs Trauma Response
Self-Inquiry & Intuitive Writing

How do you know whether what you feel is your intuition, or an old protection speaking?

Both can feel like certainty in the body. Both can tell you to trust them. Yet what we experience as intuition can sometimes be shaped by past experiences, learned beliefs, or protective patterns we no longer recognise.
Learning to tell them apart takes observation, curiosity, and practice. Writing offers a way to begin.

What we will do (90 minutes):
- A short philosophical talk on intuition, conditioning, and the fears we sometimes mistake for intuition.
- Guided self-inquiry and intuitive writing, with prompts and exercises.
- An open sharing circle for those who wish to participate.

We will question what we feel, explore where it comes from, and learn to listen to ourselves more clearly.
