The Soul Cross: a 10-week journey through the four faces of masculine & feminine 🌀

Do you sometimes feel that something in your relationship, or in yourself, is out of balance?
That you keep giving, but don’t really receive?
Or that you long for depth, but hold back as soon as it gets close?

In my practice I see it again and again: much of what gets stuck between partners has to do with how masculine and feminine energy move within us. That isn’t about being a man or a woman. Every one of us carries both, and each of them has more than one face.

The Soul Cross is a way of making those faces visible. Four aspects of masculine and feminine, standing in relation to each other like the four arms of a cross. When one of them stays out of sight or is pushed away, it affects everything: how you love, how you set boundaries, how you surrender, and how you show up in the world.

✨ In this journey we explore:
🔹 the four aspects of the Soul Cross, and which ones live strongly in you
🔹 which aspect you’ve learned to hide, and why
🔹 how these patterns show up in your relationship and in intimacy
🔹 how to bring masculine and feminine back into balance, from the inside out

We’ll work with conversation, reflection and simple embodied exercises you can do at home. Between sessions there are two weeks to let things sink in and find their place in your daily life, because that is where the real change happens.

This journey is for you if you’re single or in a relationship, and if you’re curious about what wants to move in you. You don’t need any prior knowledge. All you need is the openness to look honestly and gently at yourself.
