Een dag helemaal voor jou. Ik heb de dag zo samengesteld dat het voor (bijna) iedereen haalbaar is. Het is hiermee een heel laagdrempelige dag om (weer) kennis te maken met de rust in jezelf! Niks moet alles mag. En je na afloop voel je je weer heerlijk ontspannen en bijgetankt. We hebben veel tijd tussendoor zodat je je lekker even terug kunt trekken binnen of buiten in de tuin. Kom je met een ander dan heb je ook natuurlijk tijd om bij te kletsen. Er is veel ruimte op deze locatie met diverse zitjes (gezellige school in Oosterbeek).
