Step out of the city's pulse. Step into stillness. Beneath Utrecht, inside a centuries-old sanctuary, KAIRÉ invites you into an intimate Indigenous Sound Healing journey; a somatic space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.

Rooted directly in the ancestral wisdom of the Kiriri Indigenous lineage of Brazil and integrated with contemporary somatic practices, the experience weaves together live ícaros, resonant frame drums, bronze singing bowls, tuned frequencies, and deep periods of silence.

The Experience:

• Ancestral Sound - Live ícaros and rhythmic frame drumming, carried directly from the Kiriri Indigenous lineage of Brazil, create a deeply immersive sonic environment.

• Somatic Resonance - Weighted tuning forks, bronze bowl stacks, and resonant instruments invite you to experience sound not just as something you hear, but as something you feel physically.

• Deep Rest - Guided into stillness through vibration and spacious silence, you’re invited to let go of daily stress and settle into a quieter state of presence.

Integration & Community:
After the journey, there is time for gentle grounding, reflection, and a warm cup of organic herbal tea. This is a safe, unhurried space to connect with like-minded souls, share experiences if you feel called to, or simply sit in silence before returning to the outside world.

A Gentle Introduction to Indigenous Science:
For those curious about indigenous wisdom and ancestral traditions, this session offers a gentle, grounded, and accessible first step to experience authentic Kiriri lineage practices in a supportive and intimate environment.

Optional Microdosing:
For those who wish to explore an altered sensory experience, an optional microdose plant-support element is available at the beginning of the session. This is entirely optional; the sound journey is complete in itself.

Your Space:
The experience takes place in an intimate underground sanctuary in Utrecht (Oudegracht aan de Werf). To preserve a personal and safe container, we strictly cap the evening at 10 participants. Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and warm blankets are provided. Just arrive in comfortable clothing and bring yourself.
