Echte verbinding begint bij jezelf.
In deze Contact Beyond Contact les onderzoeken we hoe we vanuit een diepere verbinding met onszelf in contact kunnen zijn met anderen. Door dans, adem, bewustzijn en speelse interactie creëren we ruimte om te voelen wat er werkelijk aanwezig is.
Tijdens deze les ontdek je hoe je:
* je innerlijke kompas sterker leert vertrouwen;
* grenzen leert voelen en communiceren;
* vanuit authenticiteit verbinding aangaat;
* in contact te blijven met jezelf, in verbinding met anderen
* de wijsheid van je lichaam als leidraad gebruikt;
* meer vrijheid, aanwezigheid en verbinding ervaart.
In de introductie les maak je kennis met de basisprincipes van CBC, in de intensive verdiepen we in verschillende tools rondom 'True Connection & Boundaries', waarin er meer ruimte is om te verdiepen, reflecteren en belichamen van de methodiek. In de lessen ontdekken we verschillende tools en verbindende elementen van de methodiek. Voor een verdiepende ervaring en belichaming van de methodiek wordt aangeraden de introductie en intensive samen te volgen.

ELINE EVAYA - TEACHER
Eline Evaya heeft jarenlang intensief gestudeerd, geassisteerd en trainingen gegeven met Vangelis, de grondlegger van Contact Beyond Contact. Tijdens internationale trainingen in onder andere Guatemala, Bali, New York, Dubai en Athene. Als één van de twee gecertificeerde CBC Teachers wereldwijd en enige teacher in Europa deelt zij deze methode met diepgang, helderheid en een sterk belichaamde aanwezigheid.
In haar lessen creëert Eline een warme ruimte waarin mensen niet alleen nieuwe bewegingsvormen ontdekken, maar vooral thuiskomen in zichzelf. Haar begeleiding nodigt uit tot authentieke expressie, echte ontmoeting en het herinneren van de wijsheid die al in het lichaam aanwezig is.

🌱 Wat is Contact Beyond Contact?
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is een internationale dans- en somatische praktijk waarin beweging, mindfulness en authentieke ontmoeting samenkomen.
Via dans, adem, meditatie en speelse interactie ontwikkelen we een diepere relatie met onszelf, met anderen en met het leven. CBC integreert elementen uit Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, Passing Through, yoga, chi gong en verschillende helende modaliteiten.
Het is een uitnodiging om voorbij woorden te communiceren en verbinding te ervaren vanuit aanwezigheid, bewustzijn en het hart.

Deur is 15 minuten voor de les open en we proberen met zijn allen te starten om 11:00.

📍 Locatie: Belcampo loft, Hannie dankbaarpassage 33, In de IJ-hallen, Belcampo Loft, neem de trap naar boven voor de studio
Draag comfortabele kleding waarin je vrij kunt bewegen en neem een flesje water mee.
Praktische voorwaarden:
* Annulering: tickets zijn niet restitueerbaar of om te boeken, maar wel overdraagbaar. Laat even weten via de mail wie er voor jou in de plaats komt.
* Door een ticket te kopen ga je akkoord met de algemene voorwaarden van Evaya Essence (opvraagbaar via mail).

True connection begins with yourself
In this Contact Beyond Contact session, we explore how to connect with others from a deeper connection with ourselves. Through dance, breath, awareness, and playful interaction, we create space to feel and meet what is truly present.
During this session, you will explore how to:
* strengthen your trust in your inner compass;
* sense and communicate your boundaries;
* connect with others from authenticity;
* remain connected to yourself while being in relationship with others;
* use the wisdom of your body as your guide;
* experience more freedom, presence, and connection.
In the Introduction to CBC, you will become familiar with the foundational principles of Contact Beyond Contact. In the Intensive, we deepen into various tools around 'True Connection & Boundaries', creating more space to explore, reflect, and embody the practice.
Throughout the sessions, we discover different tools and connective elements of the CBC methodology. For a deeper experience and embodiment of the practice, it is recommended to participate in both the Introduction and the Intensive.

Eline Evaya has spent years studying, assisting, and teaching alongside Vangelis, the founder of Contact Beyond Contact, through international trainings in Guatemala, Bali, New York, Dubai, Athens, and other locations.
As one of only two certified CBC Teachers worldwide and the only certified teacher in Europe, she shares this method with depth, clarity, and a deeply embodied presence.
In her classes, Eline creates a warm and supportive space where people not only discover new forms of movement, but most importantly reconnect with themselves. Door opens 15 minutes before the class, and we try to start all together 11:00.

📍 Location: Belcampo Loft, Hannie Dankbaarpassage, Amsterdam. Inside the Ij-hallen, enter the door of Belcampo loft, take the stairs up for the studio.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a bottle of water.
Practical Conditions
* Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, but they can be transferred to another person. Please send an email with the name of the person attending in your place.
