The After Mat - Opening Gathering #1

About this event

Welcome to the first gathering of The After Mat 🤍
Join us for a feel-good Saturday combining pilates and yoga-inspired movement and time to connect afterwards over cozy tea or matcha.
We will begin with 10 minutes of yoga to arrive, breathe and settle into the space, followed by 20 minutes of pilates workout to feel strength from within, and finish with 10 minutes of yoga to slow down, stretch and reset.
After the movement session, we will stay together for The After Mat - a warm drink in a relaxed setting and opportunity to connect with (new) people around you.
No previous pilates or yoga experience is needed - just come as you are. Mats and equipment are provided by the studio.
Your ticket includes:
• 40-minute pilates & yoga-inspired session
• Mat and equipment
• Matcha or tea
• Time to connect and make new friends afterwards
