A weekly yoga class for women in times of hormonal change

Hormone Yoga is a special class I created for women from their mid 30s onward, bringing together the practices and tools we need as our bodies move through hormonal changes.

Every class has a female focus, a theme connected to our bodies, our hormones, our emotions or the different experiences we move through as women.

But this practice is not only about what happens on the mat.

I will introduce you to simple practices you can use in your everyday life -
depending on how you feel, what your body needs and where you are in your hormonal journey.

We meet every week to do this together in sisterhood.🤍
