The Deep Reset: Cacao & Sound Ceremony for ALL🤎🍁✨

About this event

As October is world mental health awareness month, I'm organizing an extra Cacao & Sound Ceremony for ALL during the ADE festivities to deeply reset, find your way back to yourself and experience a calm, loving presence within you through drinking cacao and bathing in an XL Sound Healing experience🍁🤎✨

In this ceremony we bring our awareness to the heart and we allow ourselves to deeply rest. No to do's, nowhere to be, no responsibilities. Just you, being and receiving. Practicing self love and care, so you can take that with you in your daily life.

We will start the Ceremony with drinking cacao and journaling, then I guide you into a deep state of rest through an XL Sound Healing experience. After there is some time for reflection, home made snacks an a lovely goodiebag with home made gifts.

🤎Practical information🤎

- The ceremony starts at 14:30, but I recommend to be there at 14:15 so that you have space to settle in and arrive
- The studio provides blankets, pillows, bolsters, mattresses and eye pillows
- The ceremony includes ceremonial cacao, tea, snacks and a goodiebag
- It is optional to bring something to place at the altar, maybe something that aligns with you at that moment or with the season we are in
- Please make sure to bring a journal and a pen

🤎How to prepare for the Cacao Ceremony🤎

- Please do not drink any coffee on the day of the ceremony. If you drink coffee every day, you can drink a cup in the morning
- Please do not consume any alcohol or drugs the day before and the day of the ceremony
- Please have a light breakfast, so the cacao can have it's best effect

Contra indications:
Although cacao is a gentle plant medicine, I kindly ask you not to attend if you have cardiovascular issues. If you take antidepressants or are pregnant, please let me know beforehand and I'll adjust the dose for you or can make you a rose tea, which is also a soft heart opening flower.
