Moon Circle: an evening of reflection, release & intention

Join us for a nourishing evening preparing for the full moon in Taurus: a time to reflect, let go and set new intentions. Through movement, touch, taste and stillness, we gently explore our senses and come home to the body.

We begin with a somatic yoga practice to relax and release, supported by gentle touch, sound and essential oils, to ground into the body and open the heart. Next, we awaken our sense of taste with mindful eating (a light snack is provided) as a practice of presence. Through a journaling ritual, you release what no longer serves you and make space for what you want to invite in. We close with a meditation that allows your intentions for the coming period to settle and integrate.

📔 Bring your own journal if you like, otherwise we provide paper
👕 Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm like a sweater
🌿 Touch is always optional, just let us know if you prefer not to be touched
🍽 The light snack provided will be lactose & gluten free (& vegan). Other allergies? Let us know when booking
