Een eerste avond om samen de bedding van Womb Circle te maken.
Alles is welkom als het zich aandient.
Zachtheid, spanning, verdriet, plezier, boosheid, verlangen, weerstand, stilte, vuur. Je hoeft niet rustig te zijn. Niet spiritueel. Niet in een bepaalde staat.
We beginnen bij wat er is.
We vertragen en zakken uit het hoofd, het lichaam in. Naar adem, bekken, de plek van de baarmoeder en wat daar gevoeld wil worden.
Deze avond maken we kennis met de sharing stick. Spreken vanuit jezelf. Luisteren zonder te onderbreken. Geen advies, geen oplossingen. Wat gedeeld wordt blijft in de cirkel. En je hoeft nooit iets te delen.
Er is ook een plek waar je je even kunt terugtrekken wanneer boosheid of veel energie zich aandient. Als je die boosheid lichamelijk of met je stem ruimte wilt geven, kan een spaceholder bij je blijven.
Verder houden we het eenvoudig. Landen. Een womb-meditatie. Zachte beweging. Delen. Luisteren.
Een begin.
Voor vrouwen en non-binaire mensen die zich verbonden voelen met de thematiek van de womb.
Nederlands en Engels zijn beide welkom. Je mag delen in de taal die voor jou het meest natuurlijk voelt. Waar nodig vertalen we.

Aan het einde van de avond kun je een donativo bijdragen voor de organisator/begeleider. Donativo betekent niet gratis: we gaan ervan uit dat een avond minimaal €10,- waard is.

Womb Circle bestaat uit losse, open avonden binnen een cyclus. Je hoeft geen eerdere cirkels te hebben bijgewoond om welkom te zijn.

A first evening to create the ground of Womb Circle together.

Whatever arises is welcome.
Softness, tension, grief, pleasure, anger, longing, resistance, silence, fire. You do not need to be calm. You do not need to be spiritual. You do not need to arrive in any particular state.
We begin with what is here.
We slow down and move from the mind into the body. Towards breath, pelvis, womb space and whatever wants to be felt there.
This evening we introduce the sharing stick: speaking from your own experience, listening without interrupting, no advice and no fixing. What is shared stays within the circle. And you never have to share.
There will also be a space to step aside when anger or strong energy arises. If you want to give it physical or vocal expression, a spaceholder can be there with you.
We keep this first evening simple. Arriving. Womb meditation. Gentle movement. Sharing. Listening.
A beginning.
For women and non-binary people who feel connected to the themes of the womb.
Dutch and English are both welcome. Speak in the language that feels most natural to you. Translation is possible when needed.

This evening is organised by De Nieuwe Verbinding at Pakhuis Zweden, Walvisstraat 6, Schiedam. De Nieuwe Verbinding hosts a gathering around personal growth every Tuesday evening from 19:30.

At the end of the evening you can also offer a donativo for the organiser/facilitator. Donativo does not mean free: we consider an evening to be worth at least €10.

Womb Circle is a cycle of separate, open evenings. You do not need to have attended any previous circles to join.
