Yin & Nidra 90 min Special | Exploring Heartopeners & Joy

About this event

This intimate 90 minute session is themed around heart openers and joy.

Allow yourself some time to tune into yourself, and leave the studio feeling deeply rested and ready to enjoy your weekend!

What you can expect:
- A heart-opening Yin sequence designed to release tension from your chest, shoulders, upper back and hips where we often carry emotional armor. By softening the fascia, we invite a natural flow of openness and joy.
- Followed by Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). While lying down, supported by props, you will be guided through a meditation that plants the seeds of joy and gratitude into your subconscious.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.

With a maximum of just 4 spots, this is a highly personal and intimate session.

Practical details:
- This session takes place in a church. Make sure you bring extra socks and a sweater to make sure you stay cozy!
- Mats, blankets, eyepillows, and other props are provided.

Your wellbeing is the highest priority. While this is a gentle practice, due to the prolonged time spent on the floor, it is not suitable during pregnancy. It is also not recommended if you are recovering from recent surgery or an acute injury.
