Uit je hoofd, in je hart.
Mantra’s zingen is echt heerlijk. Het repetitieve van de zang en de diepere spirituele betekenis van elke afzonderlijke mantra brengen je zowel een heerlijk meditatief moment als ook een moment van zelfreflectie en zelfexpressie. Via de vibraties van muziek en zang kom je in een dieper contact met JeZelf en daardoor kun je volledig opgaan in het Nu.
Het gaat niet om mooi of perfectie, het gaat om samen, om verbinding, om rust, om focus. Simpelweg Zijn in het Moment. Even geen gedachten meer. Samen zingen of gewoon luisteren en relaxen, voel je vrij.
We beginnen de bijeenkomst met een korte meditatie. Vervolgens is er na elke mantra een moment van stilte om de nawerking van de mantra ten volle te ervaren.
Er zijn songsheets aanwezig met de teksten van de mantra's zodat je gemakkelijk mee kunt zingen.
Op elke mantra geef ik een korte toelichting om het specifieke thema van die betreffende mantra te verduidelijken. Zo kun je op een nog dieper niveau de mantra laten inwerken.
Iedereen is welkom, je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met mantra’s zingen.
Opgave is niet noodzakelijk, je mag gewoon langskomen, al vind ik het altijd fijn om een beeld te hebben van hoeveel mensen ik kan verwachten. Stuur me dus gerust een bericht om te laten weten dat je komt. Als je vooraf via Hipsy een donatie-ticket besteld weet ik sowieso dat je komt.

Op basis van donatie (richtprijs €10, maar doneer wat je kunt missen en dat mag ook niks zijn). Je kunt cash doneren in de studio en er is ook een QR-code om digitaal te doneren. Ook kun je via Hipsy vooraf al een donatie-ticket bestellen.
Let op:
Bij Yogastudio Ohm, aan de Regattaweg 5 te Groningen, is ruim plek om gratis te parkeren, mocht je met de auto willen komen.
De Yogastudio bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping van het Vitaliteitscentrum Groningen. Na binnenkomst in het pand vind je de trap aan de linkerzijde.

Singing mantras is truly delightful. The repetitive nature of the singing and the deeper spiritual meaning of each individual mantra provide you with both a wonderful meditative moment and a moment of self-reflection and self-expression. Through the vibrations of music and singing, you connect more deeply with Yourself, allowing you to fully immerse yourSelf in the Now.
It is not about beauty or perfection; it is about togetherness, connection, peace, and focus. Simply Being in the Moment. No more thoughts for a while. Sing together or simply listen and relax; feel free.
We begin the gathering with a short meditation. Following each mantra, there is a moment of silence to fully experience the after-effects of the mantra.
Songsheets with the lyrics of the mantras are available so you can easily sing along.
For each mantra, I provide a brief explanation to clarify the specific theme of that particular mantra. This allows you to let the mantra sink in on an even deeper level.
Everyone is welcome; you do not need any experience with chanting mantras.
Registration is not necessary; you are welcome to simply drop by, although I always like to have an idea of how many people to expect. So feel free to send me a message to let me know you are coming. If You buy a donation-ticket via Hipsy, I'll automatically know you're coming.

The Yoga Studio is located on the first floor of the Vitaliteitscentrum Groningen. Upon entering the building, you will find the stairs on the left.
