Dansexpressie middels de tools van biodanza is een zeer breed beproefde manier om met je zelf en de ander bezig te zijn. Het is geen gewoon 'losgaan' op random muziek die in een doorlopende flow aangeboden wordt. We focussen juist heel erg op rustig aan telkens weer terug naar jezelf en wennen aan muziekstijlen en dansoefeningen. Daardoor kunnen we werken aan je balans en je begrenzingen. Leren afstemmen op je eigen gevoelens en leren afstemmen op de ander! Opnieuw contact maken met je innerlijke wereld en ook met de ander.
