I’m coming back to @citta_holistichaven for a Special Autumn Edition Awakening Journey 🍁🍂

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲:

As the season gently invites us to slow down and turn inward, this session is an invitation to come home to yourself.

A space to soften the noise of the outside world, listen to the wisdom held in your body, and make room for what is ready to be felt, released, or received.

Through breath, movement, and energy, we create a nurturing inner space where your nervous system can settle and your life force can move in its own natural rhythm.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:

We begin with somatic breathwork to soften the body and support nervous-system regulation, creating space for energy to flow. 🌬️

You will then be guided through a Kundalini Flow Activation: a subtle yet powerful energetic transmission designed to awaken your energy, expand awareness, and deepen your connection to your essence. ✨

𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞:

We close with a gentle sharing and integration circle 🤍

📅 November 29th, 15:00–17:00
💸 Energy exchange: 65€
