Creative Flow, A creative evening for women✨
Do you love being creative, but somehow hardly ever make time for it?
Maybe you have pencils, paint, brushes, magazines or ideas at home, but they stay in a drawer. Not because you don’t want to create, but because you don't get around to it.
Creative Flow is an easy going creative evening for women. Not a course, not an art class and no goal.
It is an evening to come out of your head, use your hands, enjoy colour and materials, and create in a way that feels free and natural.
Creativity has the quality of bringing you somewhere deeper. Connecting with yourself on a deeper layer, without the need to talk, explain or understand everything. Colour, shape, images and movement on paper can help you connect with what lives underneath the surface.
A feeling.
A longing.
A softness.
An impulse.
Expressing parts of you that want space.
There is something deeply feminine about creating. Not in a perfect or polished way, but in the way life moves through us when we give it space.
As women, we often carry a lot. We take care, think ahead, hold things together and keep going. This evening is an invitation to give space to your inner world.
Space to feel, to play, to express.
Space to create without needing it to be useful, beautiful or productive.
What can you expect?
We gather in a small group of women at my cosy home in Bezuidenhout, The Hague.
We start with a short meditation or gentle release to arrive, after which there is space to work freely with the materials on the table.
You can draw, paint, write, cut, paste or combine whatever feels right.
Everything can stay simple. Nothing has to happen.
At the end, there is space to share what you experienced, if you want to. You don’t have to explain anything or show your work if that doesn’t feel right.

Practical details
Location: my home in The Hague
Group size: maximum 6 women
Time: 19:00 - 21:30
Arrival: from 18:45
Contribution €19 per person.
All materials will be there: paper, pencils, markers, pens, paint, brushes, magazines, coloring pages, tea and something small to enjoy.
You don’t need to prepare or bring anything.
Just come as you are.
This evening is also a beautiful, relaxed way to get to know me and my work.
My work is about coming home to yourself. Living less from pressure, control and adjustment. Feeling more clearly what is true for you, giving space to what lives inside you and becoming more real and honest with yourself. Uncovering you unique ways, gifts and talents.
Sometimes we do that through movement, breath or bodywork.
And sometimes through creativity.
