Breathwork Circle Amsterdam

Two and a half hours. Nothing to achieve, everything to feel.

Once a month, Nadia (Wylde Roots) and Sjoerd (De Adempauze) hold a safe, grounded space for a connected breathing session in a circle at Yoga club FORM in Amsterdam West.

How the afternoon unfolds
Arrive and ground: we ease you out of your head and into your body with gentle somatic movement, and explain how connected breathing works and how to stay attuned to your own boundaries.
The breath session: guided connected breathing that builds with the rhythm of the music. Nadia and Sjoerd hold the circle and offer support wherever you need it.
Stillness and integration: after the active breathwork you lie still for as long as you need to land. We close with open space to share, only if you feel like it.

No experience needed. The guidance is in English when international participants join.

What to bring: loose, comfortable clothing in layers. Mats, bolsters, blankets and water are ready for you; bring warm socks or a favourite blanket if you like.

Good to know: active connected breathwork is not advised in case of pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, acute psychosis or a severe psychiatric history, retinal detachment, or recent major surgery. In doubt? Get in touch before booking.
