𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
Doing constellation work might support you in finding more ease in your body, mind & intuition. Encouraging you to walk your authentic path free from society's or family's expectations, to gain clarity in your emotional world, to relate authentically to others, making amends with the lingering situations from the past and to find rest in a sense of trusting the unfolding of life.
Sometimes we face challenges that can’t be solved with the mind alone. Through constellation work, we can explore the undercurrent & possible root of a situation. Through the help of so called representatives, they will play a role or a part of your system, making the underlying dynamics of it visible. This might reveal the root of your question; such as a loyalty running through the family, a loss that not has been acknowledged, an unresolved traumatic incidence or intergenerational trauma, or any other underlying dynamic making an appeal on your autonomy.
It might a bit difficult to grasp this idea if you have never experienced it, however it is a tool that is somehow spot-on, profound and has brought deep transformations to many people. Systemic Work operates from the belief that everything is part of a system, and so every issue can not stand on its own. Through a constellation we discover what parts you are connected to, or where you are carrying something that is not yours.
𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿
Maybe you have been carrying a question or a heavy feeling for a while and you have been waiting for the right moment to have a look at it. Or you might have any other question that is currently alive for you; maybe you are facing a difficult decision, notice recurring dysfunctional patterns in your relationships or feeling uncertain about your next step in work or where to live. Really anything is welcome, as long as it feels relevant in this moment (to you).
𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
If you are longing to develop a closer relationship with your emotional world, I can highly recommend representing. In my experience, stepping in the role of a representative often reflects something about your own process in that exact moment, possibly offering relief, clarity or a new insight. It has been my greatest teacher in 'trusting what I feel'. If you are curious about my way or working of systemic work in general , this offers a beautiful opportunity as well.
You are welcome to join as a questioner or representative. If you bring in a question, you are welcome to represent in the constellation of the other person as well.
𝗠𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴
I like to work intuitively and with what comes up in the moment. The term family constellation implies that we will work with the family, however this is not always the case and it could very possibly be that the root of what you are working with might be traced back to other events, people, mysterious reasons in your life. You are welcome with any theme, and you are welcome to discuss beforehand with me if you are in doubt.
