About this event
Often in your head, disconnected from your body?
When life gets busy, it can be hard to notice what you feel or what you need. This workshop offers time to slow down, listen to your body, and explore a more connected relationship with yourself.
Through breathwork, somatic practices, movement, and sound, Sinem will guide you in noticing your body’s signals and exploring practices that support grounding and presence. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with space to pause and rest.
What you may experience:
• Guided grounding and body awareness practices
• Breathwork, movement, and sound
• Space to explore your body’s signals and needs
• Time for rest, reflection, and integration
The intention is to help you build a clearer sense of what you feel and need—and explore ways to support yourself in everyday life.
No previous experience is needed. You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or know exactly what you’re looking for. Curiosity is enough.
