About this event

Welcome to our Playfight Tuesdays Circle!

Playfight is a relational practice we use to explore the space "between" us with care, authenticity, and power. In a playful, non-sexual, and emotionally open setting, you will have the chance to explore:

> playful, embodied dynamics to access your natural ability to connect to other humans
> authentic relating rituals to connect your heart and mind to the present moment
> conscious competition to challenge your capacity to be assertive and powerful, while caring and kind

We bring in new games every week and plan bi-monthly themes to keep nurturing awareness, resilience, and capacity to hold complexity in our practice.
