About this event

Do you ever feel lost in connection?

What if, instead of pushing through or shutting down, you could extend your capacity to stay with it?

This monthly session brings together dance and fight so we can train the art of pause and sensitivity, both in slow and high dynamic flow, recognising the shifts in connection, and playing with them safely.

It's a space to learn:

. how to recognise the moment a connection starts to shift
. how to pause and honour your needs while keeping dance-fighting
. how to "speak" without words and stay in dialogue through the body
. how to navigate uncertainty and honour your individual and common needs, so we can be more honest in how we meet others in the practice, as in life

If you're curious about deepening your relational awareness through movement, join us! Come as you are and leave with tools you can bring into your dance, relationships, and everyday life.
