About this event

Hitting the same walls in your relationships?

We all face disconnection in our interpersonal dynamics.

Whether navigating a tough conversation at work, facing dysfunctional patterns with loved ones, or dealing with conflicts around you, we believe expanding our emotional capacity is vital for navigating our day-to-day lives with more satisfaction and aliveness.

👣 This is an embodied approach: we don't just talk about connection, we work through the body: sensing, moving, and practicing in real time with real life situations, so the learning lands deeper and can seep into your daily life.

Relational Flow is now a monthly practice space. You can join a single session to get a taste, or commit to the full arc from September to January to go deeper. The group will keep shaping itself around real needs and real cases as we go.

In a nutshell: interactive, physical exercises to navigate interpersonal dynamics with more ease and start breaking old patterns that prevent you from connecting deeper.

Group of 20 max.

📍 If you join a single session, no need to commit to the rest. Within a session, we ask you to stay for the whole time to keep trust and safety in the group.
