Simple Shiatsu - Water / Winter

About this event

Movement, play, sound, meditation... & Shiatsu!

As we approach the longest night how can we ensure that we obtain the rest that this time of year demands of nature. How can we preserve and replenish our energies to ensure that we are ready when the days begin to expand again?

We will be exploring the nervous system, sleep, rest, contentment - and celebrating the yin in our lives
This series of Sunday morning workshops gets us in touch with our own energies and gives us space to share some Shiatsu. Connected to the seasons, climate and the turning of the Earth - tune in and adapt to the larger energies.

The workshop is taught by Debbie Collins, Shiatsu teacher and practitioner with over 30 year of energy work experience. I'm passionate about making these profound healing arts accessible to all: improving posture and flexibility, calming the mind and expanding our awareness through conscious movement and touch. debbiecollinsshiatsu.com

All are welcome - you need no prior experience! But these session can also be used by those with shiatsu experience to support their exploration of their own energies - come with your beginner's mind! Not sure, or got some questions? Please message me!

Set aside time each month to learn and develop your Qigong, acupressure and Shiatsu, support your health and healing - and shine!
