Experience and understand the contrasting energies of the Chinese 5 Elements - how they create, connect and control each other in a pattern that impacts our daily lives.

These insights help us recognise how to make the most of our days and find our balance between activity and rest, expansion and relaxation, expression and listening...

This series of Sunday morning workshops gets us in touch with our own energies and gives us space to share some Shiatsu. Connected to the seasons, climate and the turning of the Earth - tune in and adapt to the larger energies.

The workshop is taught by Debbie Collins, Shiatsu teacher and practitioner with over 30 year of energy work experience.
