A space for authentic connection, presence, and exploration.

Deeply Human is a recurring Friday evening experience where we come together to connect with ourselves and others in meaningful ways. Each edition offers a different theme, practice, or experience, while staying rooted in authentic relating, empathic listening, and genuine human connection.

Throughout the year, we may explore movement, breathwork, voice dialopg, circling, sound, conscious communication, shared meals, and other practices that invite us to slow down, become present, and relate more authentically.

This is not about self-improvement or performing a certain version of yourself. It is an invitation to arrive as you are, meet others with curiosity, and discover what becomes possible when we create space for real connection.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring your openness, your humanity, and a willingness to explore.

✦ AUGUST 7TH EDITION: CERAMICS ✦

In this Deeply Human gathering, we invite you to experience the simple, grounding practice of working with clay. Ceramics offers a chance to step away from thinking and doing, and instead become present with your hands, your senses, and the creative process itself.

Rather than focusing on making something perfect, we’ll explore what it feels like to create without pressure or expectation. As we shape the clay, we’ll also create space for conversation, quiet moments, and genuine connection with the people around us.

No experience with ceramics is needed. You’ll be gently guided through the process, with plenty of room to explore at your own pace.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a relaxed and intimate space where creativity, presence, and authentic connection naturally come together.

At the end of the evening, your ceramic piece will stay behind to dry and be fired. It will be glazed afterwards and ready for you to pick up at a later date.
