Alchemic Breathwork

About this event

An intimate ceremony that combines intentional breathing techniques with evocative music to gently guide you in an altered state of consciousness. In this alchemical space—where chants, music, and instruments blend together—you are guided into a deeply introspective journey. As you reconnect with your breath and your body, you create space for emotions to surface and for old tension, past experiences, and energetic blockages to release. This inner exploration helps you let go of what no longer serves you, opening the possibility for transformative healing and a deeper reconnection with your body, heart, and mind. 

The ceremony will open with a welcome circle, an energetic activation and the Breathwork journey itself, followed by a time for integration and closing.

The space is held with consciousness and kindness, allowing each person to honor their own pace and personal intention. You will NOT be pushed into hyperventilation or to go beyond your limits. You hold the reins on your own rhythm. Nothing will be forced. There is nothing to succeed. Just experience what will be there for you at the time.

Participation: 50 euro
I prioritise a small and personal setting (6 persons max.).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Participation may not be suitable in some cases, for example in the case of certain medical or psychological conditions such as:
- Pregnancy
- Severe psychological conditions (such as schizophrenia, psychosis or bipolar disorder)
- Cardiovascular conditions (such as heart disease, arrhythmia, history of heart attack, hypertension)
- Epilepsy or a history of epileptic seizures
- Respiratory issues, severe asthma, COPD, chronic lung disease (unless discussed in advance)
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Regular use of recreational drug
- Use of psychiatric medication or strong antidepressant (unless discussed in advance)
- History of fainting
- Severe anxiety or panic disorder (unless discussed in advance)
- Other serious medical or psychiatric conditions that may be affected by breathwork or altered states of consciousness
