Maybe you know that feeling when something has changed and you haven't had a moment actually to be with it. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁.

We often go through life moving forward, functioning, but carrying something unprocessed, and there are no rituals to actually process transitions, identity shifts, or a new life choice.

This is an hour to pause and 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝗼.
Once a month on a Thursday evening we meet for a guided session online, each month with a different theme, one hour, one room that's entirely yours.
𝗠𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲: 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲!

We'll work through it with coaching, somatic tools and creative prompts. No quick fixes, but it will give you more clarity on where you stand and what you actually need to move forward.

• a somatic or creative tool you can return to
• an hour genuinely spent on yourself, not on your to-do list

These sessions are individual self-exploration held in a group container (not therapy).
