Sta op jouw plek – Familieopstellingen in Haarlem

Loop je in je leven – familie, relaties, werk, gezondheid of financiën – steeds tegen dezelfde patronen aan? Bijvoorbeeld:
• Je zet anderen op de eerste plek en cijfert jezelf weg;
• Je hebt moeite met het aangeven van je grenzen of behoeften;
• Je vindt het lastig om je uit te spreken of ruimte in te nemen;
• Je ervaart (onverklaarbare) gevoelens van angst, schuld of vastzitten;
• Je hebt het gevoel dat je niet volledig je eigen leven leeft, maar dat je wordt geleefd;
• Je ervaart lichamelijke of emotionele klachten zonder duidelijke oorzaak.

Herken je jezelf in één van deze patronen? Soms lijkt het alsof je rationeel begrijpt wat er speelt, maar lukt het toch niet om echt iets te veranderen. Je doet niets verkeerd. Het kan zijn dat er onbewuste dynamieken spelen binnen je familiesysteem, die eraan in de weg staan dat jij jouw volste, meest authentieke leven leidt.

Tijdens een opstelling wordt jouw vraag of thema ruimtelijk neergezet met representanten. Zij nemen intuïtief de plek in van belangrijke personen of elementen uit jouw systeem. Vaak wordt op een verrassend heldere manier zichtbaar wat er speelt en kan er een helende beweging in gang worden gezet.

Ook als representant deelnemen is waardevol. Je wordt mogelijk gevraagd een plek in te nemen in de opstelling van iemand anders. Veel mensen ervaren dat wat er in een opstelling zichtbaar wordt, ook hun eigen thema’s raakt en nieuwe inzichten kan geven in hun leven.

Ervaring met familieopstellingen is niet nodig – iedereen is welkom. We werken in een kleine groep en creëren samen een veilige, respectvolle ruimte.

Claim Your Place – Family Constellations in Haarlem

Do you find yourself repeatedly running into the same patterns in your life – in family, relationships, work, health or finances? For example:
• You put others first and neglect yourself;
• You struggle to set boundaries or express your needs;
• You find it hard to speak up or take space;
• You experience unexplained feelings of anxiety, guilt or being stuck;
• You feel like life is happening to you rather than being fully yours;
• You notice physical or emotional complaints without a clear cause.

Does this resonate with you? Sometimes we understand things rationally, yet real change doesn’t happen. You are not doing anything wrong. Often, unconscious dynamics in your family system are affecting how freely and authentically you (can) live.

During a constellation, your question or theme is represented in space by others participants. They intuitively take the place of important people or elements from your system, making patterns clearly visible and often opening the way for a healing movement.

Joining as a representative is also valuable. You may be asked to take part in someone else’s constellation. Many participants find that what unfolds in the constellations resonates with their own life and brings new insights.
No prior experience with family constellations is needed – everyone is welcome. We work in a small, safe, and supportive group.
