‼️𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 or have a call with Elena. Rituals will be briefly mentioned, but not fully disclosed.

What happens when there's no difference in leading and following?

• Increase how you tune in with your dancing partner to find more ease, flow, and move as one
• Explore physical challenges as a resource for connection
• Invite playfulness and get insights for your personal life

🤸‍♂️ 𝗔 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆, 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗜 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄.
In this session, we’ll explore the tension between strength and softness, resistance and flow, through playful and dynamic activities. We’ll train both physical and relational intelligence, learning to trust your body’s intelligence over mental control when quick, embodied decisions are needed in constantly changing movement landscapes.

You'll leave with tools you can bring into your dance, relationships, and in your everyday life.

10:00 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 3h to deep dive into:
•⁠ CI+PF tennis balls
•⁠ Leading and following activities

13:00 Potluck Lunch (bring a dish for 2)

14:30 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 3h to deep dive into:
•⁠ ⁠CI+PF dynamics with sticks
•⁠ ⁠Group Playfights and mixing the practices

👉 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀
Attend an Introduction to Playfight by Elena in Amsterdam. We will not introduce Playfight in this workshop so we ask everyone to have followed a Tangi Playfight introduction before joining.

Elena & Erica have both years of background in 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: we’ll lightly integrate the movement experience with expanding our self-awareness and communication skills.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟱𝗺. 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 to give yourself time to land, put your delicious food in the fridge (we have 1 hot plate to warm it up if needed), and get acquainted with the space before we start. If you came by car, street parking around the venue is free on Sunday.
