Marylène en Diane van Atelier de Clementine hebben speciaal voor de Eikemaheert een bijzondere workshop ontwikkeld met het thema: appels. Leer hoe je met dit mooie product van Nederlandse bodem allerlei bijzondere drankjes en smaken creëert. Van gefermenteerde appeldrankjes tot zelfgemaakte appelazijn en thee van gedroogde appelschillen. Tijdens de workshop ga je zelf aan de slag, laten we je van alles proeven én krijg je volop inspiratie en praktische tips om thuis verder te experimenteren met (gefermenteerde) drankjes.
