About this event

In a world that moves fast, the kitchen is a place to slow down.

Even though it’s still winter—heavy and grounding—we’re getting closer to a seasonal shift. The days will start to feel lighter, and spring’s more fluid energy will arrive. But our bodies don’t always catch up. Sometimes we feel stuck in between and fall out of balance.

If you’re seeking balance, we invite you to join our Spring Kitchen Cooking Workshop. We’ll show you how to navigate this transition through the art of seasonal cooking. Let’s find your spring rhythm together.

What to expect:

Ground: Begin with a short grounding exercise to leave the "busy-ness" of life behind.
Learn: Discover the Ayurvedic qualities of Winter vs. Spring and what your body specifically needs.
Cook: Hands-on preparation of seasonal, balancing dishes.
Eat: A communal long-table lunch to enjoy our creations.
Reflect: Close with a moment of connection and shared wisdom.

What we cook:

Ginger Pickle
Creamy Asparagus Soup
Beetroot Kitchari
Seasonal Harvest Fruit Crumble
House-Brewed Herbal Tea

Investment: €90 (Includes all ingredients/meals and a take-home guide)
Early Bird: 10% discount if booked by March 15th.
