Ceramic Painting Workshop: Self-Love

About this event

Take an afternoon for yourself to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

We’ll begin by painting a ceramic piece that reflects your emotions, intentions, and personal journey. No artistic experience is needed (this is about expression, not perfection).

After painting, we’ll move into a gentle guided meditation to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in compassion, calm, and kindness toward yourself.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy tea and cake, good company, and meaningful conversation in a warm, supportive atmosphere.
