About this event

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and gently complete the year. It is a soft afternoon where tea becomes a doorway to yourself and to one another.

What the ritual includes

Part One: Tea Ceremony with Four Teas
A mindful, sensory exploration through taste, scent, and presence.

Part Two: Herbal Teas, Guided Meditation, and End-of-Year Reflection
Two herbal teas, a calming meditation, and a guided group conversation to reflect on 2025, share stories, and connect with the women around you.
Each participant will receive an Inner Compass Workbook which you can continue to use at home with your own cup of tea.
