About this event
Hi everyone! We want to invite you for a warm afternoon with ceremonial cacao, yin yoga, breathwork, conscious movement, some food and lovely people. A space to release what the year has held, and plant intentions for what wants to emerge.
Why is this day special
The New Moon is a powerful time to plant intentions—made even stronger by arriving just two days before the Winter Solstice, when we prepare for the return of the light.
We’re also close to Christmas and the end of the year, a natural moment for reflection, connection, and renewal.
Why the living circle
The Living Circle builds tribe-like events for the younger generation through breathwork, cacao, meditation and conscious movement. We believe healing happens in community: through presence, authenticity, and connection.
This gathering we hold space to:
• Cacao to open the heart
• Yin yoga to create space
• Breathwork to release and reset
• Conscious movement to embody and celebrate
• Circle to witness, share, and connect
