Where our shadows meet the light

About this event

Living Circle #5 – October 12th

On October 12th, we invite you into a space of deeper truth, honest expression, and soulful connection. This gathering is about exploring the parts of ourselves that are often hidden, and meeting them with compassion, presence, and light.

This will be the 5th Living Circle and the first of the new academic year 2025/2026. Together, we set the tone for the months ahead by strengthening our sense of community. As winter approaches—a season that can sometimes feel heavy—we come together to plant seeds of connection and light, so we may carry warmth, resilience, and belonging into the colder days.

Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, breathwork, conscious movement, and a sharing circle, we will journey into the heart: releasing, integrating, and opening to new possibilities.
